Lard/Dripping - home made lard which is creamy and smells delicious, I buy it from Marika on the market. Take some from the jar and help yourself to an onion from the shelf.

Avocado paste: - Based on Gal Laci's recipe which starts like this: "Choose soft avocados at the market..."

Töpörtyű (töpörtyű is similar to pork scratchings) paste : - I mince the pork scratcings, I add some spices, and put it on the plate with fresh bread.

Home-made jam or honey: - take it right from the jar and put it on sweet bread or bread with butter.

Cheese plate: An array of 5 cheese complimented with apple, onion and olives. Best with fresh bread
